ADMISSIONS SCHEDULE 2024/2025
1. On-line registration for your chosen MSc course by the end of MAY 2024

- Pay the enrolment fee (65 EUR for non-EU candidates and 85 PLN for EU candidates and NAWA scholarship holders)

2. Admission Documents Set submission (should be submitted directly to the system, after initial registration) by the end of MAY 2024
- The right set of documents needed to enroll for the course is stated on the website, separately for every Faculty
- You will be asked to submit us copies of the original documents directly to the recruitment system, you will have to present original documents at Office of Studies and Student Affairs after your arrival at the campus
3. Decision of the Faculty Recruitment Board by JUNE/ JULY 2024
- Students accepted for the chosen course will be sent a written invitation via e-mail and post (if possible)
- Enclosed to the Invitation you will be provided with an invoice for the Tuition Fee
- You are obliged to pay fees accordingly to the dates stated below in order to secure your place at the course
4. Payment of Tuition Fee + Enrolment Fee (within two weeks of the date of receipt of the positive decision)
- You have to pay your tuition in order to confirm your place at the course to the end of July
- After we receive your payment, we will send you payment confirmation necessary for your visa application
